Chuck Dillon, CIE, ASCS
President/General Manager
Chuck Dillon founded Advanced Energy Systems in 1981. In the beginning, he mainly focused on refrigeration service, but soon expanded to include heating and air conditioning. Chuck has expanded the company once again by adding an Indoor Air Quality division. He recently underwent rigorous training and testing programs in order to become both a Certified Indoor Environmentalist, and Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator.

Pat Dillon
Vice President/Installation Manager
Pat Dillon joined the company in the late eighties and soon became our Installation Manager as well as our Lead Installation Technician. Pat strongly believes that only the best will do when it comes to your install and he oversees all parts of the installation personally.

Office/Accounts Manager
Toshia has been with the company since 1998. She started off as our office assistant and is now our office and accounts manager. Toshia also handles our maintenance program and customer service.
